Group Engagement Manager – Financial Services

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Group Engagement Manager to lead its Financial Services portfolio in Bridgewater, NJ. The role focuses on driving large‑scale transformation pursuits, managing client relationships, and accelerating profitable growth across a portfolio exceeding $100M in annual revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end opportunity management cycle – prospect, evaluate, propose, and close.
• Review sales plans, monitor pipeline health, and support Business Development Managers in shaping strategic opportunities.
• Provide guidance on account strategy, proposal reviews, pursuit governance, and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure commitments to clients are fulfilled.
• Create and maintain comprehensive account plans, including relationship mapping, pricing decisions, and growth targets.
• Support Client Partners on escalations and key account initiatives, strengthening Infosys as a trusted strategic partner.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent (or equivalent experience).
• 16+ years of experience with strong sales, relationship management, and account management background.
• Significant business development and project management experience within the financial services industry.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex transformation engagements and manage multi‑million‑dollar portfolios.
