Group Director of Guest Experience – Caribbean

About the role

We are looking for an innovative Group Director of Guest Experience to lead the guest‑experience strategy for a publicly listed multinational hospitality group. This senior, full‑time position is based in the Caribbean and includes a comprehensive relocation package.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a long‑term guest‑experience strategy that sets new luxury benchmarks.
• Oversee guest‑experience functions across multiple resorts, ensuring brand standards and seamless integration with F&B, recreation, wellness, entertainment and front‑of‑house.
• Identify future luxury‑hospitality trends and introduce innovative experiences to boost satisfaction, loyalty and brand differentiation.
• Provide regional leadership for the Latin America & Caribbean portfolio, adapting experiences to local cultures while maintaining global consistency.
• Build, inspire and mentor a diverse international team, fostering a culture of service excellence.
• Leverage guest feedback and market insights to measure success and adapt programs.
• Collaborate with corporate, resort operations and marketing teams to deliver integrated experiences aligned with brand positioning.
• Represent the group as a visible ambassador at industry events and to key stakeholders.

Required profile

• 10+ years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality, preferably with large resorts or cruise operations.
• Proven track record of developing and executing guest‑experience strategies at scale.
• Strong operational expertise combined with a forward‑thinking, innovative mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in an expatriate environment and relocate internationally.
