Groundskeeper (Lease Up) – Residences at Silver Ridge

About the role

Greystar is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to support the Lease‑Up phase at Residences at Silver Ridge. You will ensure the community’s exterior spaces, amenities, and overall curb appeal are maintained to the highest standards while assisting the service team.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, keeping all common areas and amenities tidy.
• Clear trash and items from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transport waste to dumpsters or storage, and maintain storage areas.
• Complete minor and routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager and assist the make‑ready specialist during unit turnovers.
• Change locks according to property policy and ensure pool‑area gates function safely and meet code requirements.
• Distribute resident notices and communications as needed.
• Report any hazards or potentially dangerous situations to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service, answer resident questions, and address maintenance‑related complaints sensitively.
• Participate in safety meetings, complete required OSHA and safety training, and report accidents or incidents accurately.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, climbing ladders, reaching, carrying objects, and crawling in confined spaces.
• Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
