Groundskeeper – Lakeshore Pearl

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance and safety of the Lakeshore Pearl community. The role involves daily inspection of common areas, handling trash removal, supporting make‑ready processes, and ensuring all outdoor amenities meet Greystar’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the property throughout the day to remove litter, debris, pet waste and keep all common areas tidy.
• Clear trash from vacant units, transport it to dumpsters or storage, and keep storage areas clean.
• Perform minor service requests assigned by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager and assist with unit turn‑over.
• Change locks according to property policy and verify that pool gates and other safety devices function correctly.
• Distribute resident notices and communications as needed.
• Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service, answer resident questions and address maintenance‑related complaints.
• Participate in safety meetings, complete required OSHA training and report accidents or incidents.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects and crawl in confined spaces.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and cleanliness standards.
