Leasing Professional for Lakeshore Pearl Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Lakeshore Pearl community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals through proactive leasing and resident satisfaction initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, touring the community, and showing apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any outstanding items with maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show unit quality by daily inspections and coordinating with the maintenance team.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospective residents.
• Knowledge of leasing processes, application handling, and lease documentation.
• Ability to stay informed about local market trends and competitor activity.
• Experience planning and executing community marketing activities.
• Proficiency in using property management software to manage data and reporting.
