Groundskeeper for The Lofts at Brownwood

About the role

The Lofts at Brownwood is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain the community’s outdoor spaces and ensure a clean, welcoming environment for residents. This full‑time position supports the service team and helps uphold the property’s curb appeal.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day, removing litter, debris, and pet droppings to keep all common areas and amenities tidy.
• Clear trash and items from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transport waste to dumpsters or storage areas, and maintain those storage spaces.
• Complete minor and routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Assist the make‑ready specialist during apartment turnover activities.
• Change locks in accordance with property policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks such as lifting, walking, and operating basic maintenance equipment.
• Attention to detail to ensure all areas remain clean and well‑maintained.
• Reliability and willingness to follow established policies and safety guidelines.
