Groundskeeper for Everleigh Community

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Groundskeeper to maintain the Everleigh community in Hyannis, Cape Cod. The role ensures the property’s exterior, common areas and amenities are clean, safe and visually appealing for residents and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day, removing litter, debris and pet waste from common areas and amenities.
• Clear trash from vacant apartments, transport it to dumpsters or storage, and keep storage areas tidy.
• Complete minor service requests and assist the make‑ready team with unit turn‑over tasks.
• Perform touch‑up painting in vacant and occupied units as directed.
• Change locks according to policy and verify pool gate operation meets safety codes.
• Distribute resident notices and communicate important information.
• Report hazards or unsafe conditions to supervisors promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service, answering resident questions and handling complaints.
• Follow Greystar’s safety and risk‑management policies, attend safety meetings and complete required OSHA training.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Commitment to safety procedures and reporting.
• Good communication skills and respectful interaction with residents and team members.
