Groundskeeper for Community Maintenance

About the role

The Groundskeeper ensures the community’s physical environment is well‑maintained, keeping grounds, amenities and curb appeal at high standards while supporting the service team.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect common areas throughout the day to remove litter, debris, pet droppings and keep amenities tidy.
• Clear trash from vacant apartments before make‑ready, transport it to dumpsters or storage, and maintain storage areas.
• Complete minor service requests, assist make‑ready specialists, and change locks per policy.
• Ensure pool gates function safely and distribute resident notices as needed.
• Report hazards, provide courteous resident service, and comply with safety and risk‑management policies.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends and holidays, and respond to on‑call duties.
