Groundskeeper for Cadence Creek Community

About the role

The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the physical appearance and safety of the Cadence Creek community. This full‑time position ensures that all outdoor areas, amenities, and common spaces meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness and curb appeal. The role works closely with the service team to support daily operations and special projects. Candidates will perform routine maintenance tasks and assist with make‑ready activities for vacant apartments.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect community grounds throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings.
• Collect and dispose of trash from vacant apartments and keep storage areas tidy.
• Perform minor service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Assist make‑ready specialists during the turnover process.
• Change all locks in accordance with property policy.
• Maintain equipment and tools used for grounds care.
• Report any safety hazards to the Service Supervisor.
• Coordinate with the Community Manager for special events and additional tasks.

Required profile

• Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors.
• Strong attention to detail to keep common areas clean and safe.
• Reliability and adherence to property policies and procedures.
