About the role
The Groundskeeper ensures the physical aspects of the community are maintained, keeping the grounds, amenities, and overall curb appeal at high standards while supporting the service team.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, ensuring all common areas and amenities remain neat and free of litter.
- Remove trash and items from vacant apartments prior to the make‑ready process, transport waste to dumpsters or storage areas, and maintain cleanliness of storage spaces.
- Complete assigned minor and routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager, and assist the make‑ready specialist during unit turnover.
- Change locks in accordance with property policy and ensure pool area gates are operational.
