Graphic Designer – Remote (North America)

About the role

The Graphic Designer will create and deliver high‑quality visual content that supports brand presence, marketing communications and student recruitment for International Schools Partnership across North America. Working remotely and reporting to the Senior Head of Brand, the role collaborates with admissions directors, heads of school and regional marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce graphics for digital and print formats, including prospectuses, banners, social media visuals, digital ads and event materials.
• Ensure all artwork follows both individual school brand guidelines and ISP corporate branding standards.
• Manage project files, naming conventions and shared storage to enable easy access for schools and the marketing team.
• Provide weekly progress updates and support the Senior Head of Brand in coordinating with external agencies, printers and vendors.
• Collaborate with the Senior Creative Content Producer to transform photography and video assets into static artwork for recruitment and retention campaigns.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communications or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience (internships accepted).
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour usage and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholder requests and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a willingness to learn and grow within the team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
• Experience using Canva or similar design tools.
