Graphic Design Manager

About the role

CareCloud, a healthcare technology company, is looking for a Graphic Design Manager to raise the quality and consistency of its collateral, presentations and branding. The design team has strong talent that needs clear creative direction, and the manager turns product briefs into polished, market-ready pieces and sets the standard for the ambulatory and inpatient/hospital portfolio. The position reports to the SVP of Sales and Marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Provide creative and art direction: set priorities, give clear feedback and raise the quality bar on every deliverable.
• Own the brand: maintain and evolve brand guidelines, visual identity, templates and the asset library, and lead a brand uplevel where needed.
• Turn product briefs into one-pagers, sell sheets, brochures, case studies, whitepapers, infographics and product visuals.
• Build master templates and design key sales, executive, customer and event presentations.
• Create and direct visual assets for events and digital campaigns, and partner with web and marketing stakeholders.
• Manage the creative workflow: briefs, timelines, reviews, approvals, version control and capacity planning.
• Direct video and motion graphics production as needed.
• Manage external agencies, freelancers and print vendors.
• Recruit, coach and develop designers with structured feedback and growth plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication or a related field.
• 8+ years of design experience, including at least 3 years in a lead or management role.
• Experience at a US-based branding or creative agency strongly preferred; B2B SaaS and healthcare technology experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently, anticipate needs and follow work through to completion.
• Strong written English and reliable overlap with US business hours.

Required skills

• Expert command of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Figma and PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Brand strategy and brand system experience.
• Print production knowledge.
• Experience directing distributed teams across time zones.
