Spanish-Speaking Graphic Designer (Remote)

About the role

A US-based immigration law firm is looking for a Spanish-speaking graphic designer to create high-converting digital ads and engaging organic content. The position is remote, full-time (30-40 hours per week) and follows US business hours (EST/CST). The designer must combine creative thinking with a business and marketing mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Turn long-form video content into short-form social ads (5-, 30- and 60-second formats)
• Create ad creatives, thumbnails and call-to-action elements
• Design daily organic social media content
• Make graphics for promotions, campaigns and special offers
• Develop creative for Facebook and TikTok
• Support print and radio advertising when needed
• Select visuals that match the message, audience and campaign goal
• Work independently while incorporating feedback and keeping the brand consistent

Required profile

• Fluent Spanish with a strong grasp of regional language and cultural nuances
• Proven graphic design experience, especially for digital advertising and social media
• Understanding of marketing, conversion, CTAs and audience psychology
• Ability to adapt video and creative assets for social media
• Comfortable working independently and making sound creative decisions

Required skills

• Canva or comparable design tools
• Nice to have: experience with Facebook, TikTok or other social platforms; video editing and short-form content; Spanish-speaking or Latin American audiences; advertising, lead generation or performance marketing; print or radio advertising
