About the role
LinkedIn is seeking a Global Enablement Lead to design and deliver high‑impact, scalable enablement programs for its Sales Solutions business. The role operates across multiple U.S. locations on a hybrid schedule, partnering with cross‑functional teams to align learning initiatives with global business priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead complex, multi‑quarter enablement initiatives that require learning programs and change‑management support for the field.
- Collaborate with Learning Design, Sales Performance Consulting, Program Operations, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, and Pricing to create seamless, comprehensive enablement solutions.
- Align programs with key business priorities and performance targets, using data‑driven insights to evaluate and optimize impact.
- Develop and execute change‑management and communication strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement across regions.
- Provide senior leaders with clear visibility into program outcomes and equip Sales Performance Consulting teams with tools for regional activation.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience leading complex, multi‑stakeholder enablement programs.
- 5+ years of experience in enablement, onboarding, sales, sales management, consulting, or learning & development.
- Proven ability to create clear priorities linked to business objectives and manage tight deadlines.
