General Manager - Landscaping

About the role

Stout Creek Landscapes, Inc. seeks an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations and drive growth toward a $10 MM revenue milestone. The role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and operational oversight for high‑end residential construction and maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Monitor key performance metrics and use data‑driven insights to guide the organization’s strategic plan.
• Coach and develop team members, fostering a positive culture and outstanding client experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field (MBA preferred) with 7+ years of strategic leadership experience.
• Proven track record developing and executing strategic plans for organizations of $10 MM+ revenue, preferably in landscaping or construction.
• Experience leading an EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) process and building strong organizational culture.

What we offer

• Base salary $110,000‑$125,000 per year plus bonus opportunity.
