General Labor – $31.89/hr Starting Pay + Benefits

About the role

Our Jefferson, Wisconsin facility produces millions of pet food cases each year and supports animal shelters with donated food. As a General Laborer you will receive cross‑training in production, packaging, processing and warehouse areas, helping maintain a safe and efficient environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe production area through sanitation, sweeping, machinery cleaning and waste removal.
• Safely operate production equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure product specifications are met.
• Assist operators in packaging, processing and warehouse departments.
• Develop working knowledge of production equipment and processes.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, military or a related environment.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and weekends.
