GenAI Solution Engineer

About the role

Infosys is looking for a GenAI Solution Engineer to join its Topaz AI‑first suite. The role will be based primarily in Charlotte, NC and will support multiple US locations. You will lead data‑science projects that deliver generative AI solutions for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project plans, monitor progress and produce status reports in partnership with internal and client stakeholders.
• Identify and address resource gaps or constraints that could affect delivery.
• Coordinate analytical teams and client stakeholders, organize regular meetings and manage project phases.
• Translate business requirements into structured outputs, configure tools, validate data pipelines and assist with integration of analytics solutions.
• Review deliverables across development, testing and support phases to ensure quality standards and stakeholder expectations are met.
• Proactively manage project risks and communicate mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Experience leading data‑science or AI‑focused projects.
