Full‑Time Dishwasher – Novartis Bistro, San Diego

About the role

Eurest is seeking a reliable full‑time Dishwasher to support the Novartis Bistro in San Diego. You will keep all kitchenware, equipment and work areas clean, sanitary and ready for food service.

Key responsibilities

• Scrape, rinse and wash dishes, pots, pans and trays by hand or using a conveyor dishwasher.
• Polish silverware using burnishing machines, chemical dips and buffing wheels.
• Maintain proper temperatures and chemical levels in cleaning solutions.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors, clean worktables, walls, refrigerators and other food‑prep surfaces.
• Remove trash, steam‑clean garbage cans and transport supplies between storage and work areas.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures and assist with loading/unloading supplies.

Required profile

• Prior dishwashing or kitchen sanitation experience preferred.
• Ability to work the scheduled shift: Monday‑Friday, 6:30 am – 2:00 pm.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
