Full‑Time Behavior Technician (BHT) – ABA Services

About the role

NeurAbilities Healthcare is seeking a full‑time Behavior Technician (BHT) to provide one‑to‑one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) support to children with autism and other developmental disabilities in Chester, PA. You will work across clinic, home, and school settings, delivering evidence‑based interventions under the supervision of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst.

Key responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans with clients in various settings.
• Assist clients in developing communication, social, and independent living skills.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Follow and educate others about ABA interventions and treatment protocols.
• Collect and maintain accurate data, manage program materials, and build therapeutic relationships.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: at least 6 months experience working with children or adolescents with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable motor vehicle access for local travel (≈80% of work hours).
