About the role
The Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery is hiring an Activity Therapist for the Chester Mental Health Center to deliver therapeutic activity programs and direct therapy to patients on assigned units and shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Provide activity therapy assessments and develop habilitation plans.
- Conduct direct therapy sessions and evaluate patient behaviors and reactions.
- Implement therapeutic activity programs according to patient needs.
Required profile
- Relevant education and certification for activity therapy.
- Ability to work various shift schedules as outlined.
- Commitment to work fully on‑site at the Chester location.
Required skills
- Knowledge of activity therapy techniques and assessment tools.
- Ability to document evaluative data and develop treatment plans.
