Fullstack Engineer – Member of Technical Staff

About the role

We are building an AI‑first recruiting platform and need a full‑stack engineer to join our founding team in San Francisco. As engineer #4 you will work directly with the CTO, ship features daily and own product areas from concept to production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and ship full‑stack features using TypeScript, React, Supabase, Prisma and related technologies.
• Design and implement agentic systems that automate complex recruiting workflows.
• Collaborate closely with founders and other engineers in a co‑living “hackerhouse” environment for rapid feedback.
• Iterate on product based on customer feedback and usage data.

Required profile

• Strong software engineering background with experience in TypeScript and React.
• Hands‑on experience building with AI/LLM APIs and comfortable coding with AI tools such as Cursor.
• Startup mindset: high agency, resourceful and focused on delivering value.
• Willingness to take full ownership of projects from concept to deployment.
