Full-Time Warehouse Operator – 2nd Shift

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Warehouse Operator to join 3M’s DeKalb Distribution Center on the 2nd shift (2:30 pm‑10:30 pm, Monday‑Friday). The role involves handling a variety of warehouse tasks, from operating equipment to preparing orders for shipment, while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and work at multiple workstations to assemble, package and inspect finished goods.
• Use computer systems for process monitoring, data entry, inventory transactions and order processing.
• Fill, pick, pack, stage and prepare customer orders and finished goods for shipment.
• Inspect products for accuracy, quality and report any damaged or non‑conforming items.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment and follow established procedures.

Required profile

• At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED (or higher).
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime, extended hours and holidays as needed.
• Minimum one year of experience in a warehouse or similar environment is desired.
• Strong attention to detail and good written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management.
• Ability to operate production equipment and machinery safely.
