Full Time Teller – Lunds Corner, New Bedford

About the role

Santander, a global leader in financial services, is expanding its technology‑driven branch network. The Full Time Teller at Lunds Corner will provide frontline banking services, assist customers with their financial needs, and ensure accurate transaction processing.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while minimizing wait times.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Follow all bank policies, compliance and risk‑management procedures.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and refer appropriate bank products.
• Use digital tools to educate customers on self‑service options.
• Assist with custodial duties, audits and other operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support nearby branches as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months cash‑handling experience.
• At least 6 months customer‑service experience.
• Strong listening, communication and risk‑escalation abilities.
• Comfortable using digital tools and technology.
• Energetic, organized and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail and basic math proficiency.
• Willingness to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
