Full-Time Teller – Customer Service & Cash Handling

As a Teller at Santander in Kutztown, PA, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering fast, accurate and friendly service while handling a variety of banking transactions.

Your daily duties include processing deposits, withdrawals and transfers, maintaining an accurate cash drawer, adhering to bank policies and risk‑management procedures, and identifying opportunities to cross‑sell products. You will also assist customers with digital self‑service tools, support audits and custodial tasks, and help keep the branch environment clean and welcoming. When needed, you may provide support to nearby branches.

We are looking for candidates with a high school diploma or GED, at least six months of cash‑handling experience and a proven record of customer service. Strong listening and communication abilities, attention to detail, basic math and computer proficiency are essential. You must be comfortable using digital tools, be organized, energetic and able to work flexible branch hours, including evenings and weekends.

Required technical skills include familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. The role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $30,000 to $47,000 and a benefits package designed to support your well‑being and that of your family.
