Full-Time Tailor – Bellevue, WA

About the role

Levi’s® Bellevue Square is seeking a full‑time Tailor to deliver high‑quality alteration services and exceptional customer experiences. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will work in the Tailor Shop, handling everything from simple hemming to technical fittings while supporting store sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Perform basic alterations (hemming, patch‑and‑repair, tapering) and technical tailoring for a variety of garments.
• Provide personalized customer service, resolve alteration‑related concerns, and promote the Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Train and educate store team members on tailoring services and standards.
• Suggest outfit combinations that align with current trends and store promotions.
• Handle cash and merchandise transactions in compliance with store policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe Tailor Shop environment.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of denim, current fashion trends, and textile fabrics.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb and perform standing, kneeling, and reaching tasks.
