Full-Time Retail Pharmacist – Provo/Orem

About the role

Revere Health is seeking a motivated, customer‑service‑oriented, licensed Pharmacist to join its busy retail pharmacy in Provo/Orem. The role involves providing clinical and retail pharmacy services, ensuring safe and accurate medication dispensing while supporting the organization’s value‑based care mission.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily pharmacy operations and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Accurately review, verify, fill, compound, label, and dispense prescriptions and over‑the‑counter products.
• Perform prospective drug utilization reviews, checking dosing, interactions, allergies, and therapeutic duplication.
• Counsel patients and caregivers on medication use, side effects, storage, and adherence.
• Collaborate with prescribers and healthcare professionals to resolve medication‑related issues.
• Maintain complete patient medication records and obtain medication histories.
• Supervise and train pharmacy interns and technicians within legal scope.
• Enforce policies for procurement, storage, disposal, and security of drugs and inventory.

Required profile

• Active pharmacy license in the state of Utah.
• Experience in an independent retail pharmacy setting.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PioneerRx pharmacy management software.
