Dozen Bakery is hiring a full-time pastry production baker! Key responsibilities

• Follow daily production schedule to meet retail and wholesale demand, scaling, measuring, mixing, shaping, and baking pastries.
• Assist with seasonal menu changes and new item development, communicating ingredient needs and production issues to leadership.
• Maintain food safety standards and ensure consistent quality, appearance, and uniformity of all pastry items.
• Train new employees on pastry department processes and contribute to team meetings.

Required profile

• Ability to stand constantly, walk, bend, lift up to 25 lb unaided and 50 lb with assistance.
• Availability for early‑morning shifts (3 am‑11:30 am) weekly and weekend work.
• Basic math skills for scaling and measuring.
