About the role
Join Hagerstown Nursing and Rehab as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Charge Nurse, providing high‑quality care to residents in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver patient care and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients' physical and emotional needs using strong clinical judgment.
- Promote a positive community atmosphere for residents, families, and staff.
- Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives to enhance services and outcomes.
Required profile
- Current LPN license in Maryland.
- 6‑12 months of clinical experience; long‑term care experience preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
