Full-Time Lead – Retail Store (Fort Worth)

About the role

In this role you will support the store leadership team by performing functional tasks as assigned. You will act as a role model for employees, reinforcing selling behaviors and executing tasks within your areas of expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Promote customer loyalty by educating shoppers about loyalty programs.
• Support the sales leader during non‑peak hours with a primary focus on the customer.
• Collaborate effectively with employees to ensure timely completion of work tasks.
• Build and share expertise in the product lifecycle.
• Complete work before or after store operating hours, including opening and closing checklists.
• Leverage omni‑channel tools to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.
