About the role

This position is an inbound sales closing role focused on our done‑for‑you e‑commerce services for the United States market, including Amazon FBA, TikTok Shop, and Shopify store management. All leads arrive pre‑qualified through paid Meta and Google campaigns, and you will engage, qualify, and close the initial entry‑tier engagement.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle 40‑70 live chat conversations simultaneously across WhatsApp and other platforms.
  • Qualify prospects’ experience, goals, and budget in real time.
  • Present the appropriate entry‑tier offer, address objections, and close the first sale.
  • Transfer qualified buyers promptly to the upsell team for retainer contracts.
  • Maintain a response time of under five minutes for each new enquiry.
  • Switch between Amazon FBA, TikTok Shop, and Shopify discussions without losing context.

Required profile

  • Proven high‑volume sales closer with a documented personal monthly revenue of at least USD 10,000.
  • Comfortable conducting substantive commercial conversations with business owners familiar with e‑commerce.
  • Strong ability to read buying intent, qualify ruthlessly, and avoid unproductive prospects.
  • Experience in fast‑paced, inbound sales environments.
