Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Notably is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to help build and enhance its qualitative research platform. You will work on a remote‑first team, collaborating on innovative features that combine AI, data visualization, and real‑time collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and improve the split‑screen infinite canvas and table workspace for researchers.
• Enhance canvas tools, add new collaboration features, and explore visualizations that blend qualitative and quantitative data.
• Integrate machine‑learning and AI components into research workflows.
• Optimize performance and memory usage across the platform.
• Maintain and extend core features such as search, transcriptions, and content management.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of professional experience shipping full‑stack features or products.
• Proactive communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Interest in startup environments, mentorship, and continuous learning.
• Comfortable participating in user research and admitting knowledge gaps.
