Full Lifecycle Recruiter

About the role

Amazon is seeking a Full Lifecycle Recruiter to drive talent attraction and placement across the organization. You will partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process while meeting tight deadlines and service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring teams to design effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
• Build and maintain pipelines of passive candidates, profiling talent for fit and motivation.
• Negotiate and close complex offers in competitive markets.
• Develop and track recruitment metrics, benchmarks, and SLAs.
• Recommend and implement recruitment strategies and process improvements aligned with Amazon’s growth goals.
• Document recruitment plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and tracking mechanisms.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates against position specifications.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage, prioritize, and close searches against strict timelines.
• Experience setting and monitoring recruitment benchmarks and metrics.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and urgency.
• Customer‑service mindset with a focus on delivering high‑quality results.
