As a Full‑Desk Recruiter based in Rochester, NY, you will manage the complete recruiting lifecycle for a variety of industrial and light‑industrial positions, supporting both high‑volume staffing accounts and strategic local businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Full‑life‑cycle recruiting across multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Sourcing and screening passive prospects and active applicants using job boards and Kelly’s ATS (Bullhorn).
• Partnering with hiring managers to ensure fair and equitable assessment and selection processes.
• Cold‑calling 20–30 prospective customers daily, documenting activity in HubSpot and maintaining follow‑up records.
• Developing business with strategic, high‑volume staffing accounts and high‑margin local businesses.
• Expanding and retaining existing customers, increasing market share, and meeting sales metrics.
• Building proposals and pricing models.

Required profile

• 2+ years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting, preferably in light‑industrial capacity.
• Experience working for a staffing agency or onsite with an industrial client is preferred.
• Proven ability to thrive in a high‑activity outbound sales environment.
• Demonstrated business‑development and cold‑calling experience.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, with CRM experience preferred.

Required skills

• Bullhorn (applicant tracking system).
• HubSpot (customer relationship management).

What we offer

• Base salary ranging from $51,300 to $64,000 per year.
