FS AWM Operations Management Consultant – Senior Associate

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Operations Consulting team, focusing on Asset and Wealth Management (AWM) clients. You will help clients transform their operations into competitive advantages by optimizing product development, supply chain, procurement, and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex business problems from strategy through execution.
• Apply industry tools and techniques to extract insights from trends and transaction lifecycles.
• Review work for quality, accuracy, and relevance, ensuring compliance with PwC’s code of ethics.
• Coach junior team members, delegate tasks, and provide stretch opportunities.
• Communicate findings and recommendations in a clear, structured manner to influence stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum) with 3+ years of experience in asset or wealth management operations.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to bring order to unstructured problems.
• Demonstrated commitment to personal development and ethical standards.

Required skills

• Knowledge of wealth management and asset management business models.
• Understanding of financial services product transaction lifecycles.
• Familiarity with certifications such as CFA, CFP, or CIMA (preferred).
