Frontier Commons Program Manager

About the role

International Friendships, Inc. seeks a dedicated Frontier Commons Program Manager to lead innovative, cross‑cultural programs for international college students. This full‑time, flexible position can be performed remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch a 2‑year Innovation Lab cohort, including curriculum that blends business leadership with kingdom theology.
• Create selection criteria, recruit 12 participants annually, and establish partnership frameworks with target countries such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Pakistan, and Japan.
• Manage the Summer Fellowship cohort across Build, Insight, and Content tracks.
• Cultivate a network of 20+ Christian business leaders for mentorship and coordinate “Christian Shark Tank” pitch events.
• Develop franchise/operator placement programs with international partners and maintain relationships with C12 groups, Christian Economic Forum networks, and denominational partners.
• Collaborate with over 50 campus locations to recruit top‑tier students, oversee stipend and visa processes, and facilitate peer mentorship circles.
• Track alumni impact and support virtual reality/simulation training for professional development.

Required profile

• Commitment to the mission of a faith‑based, nonprofit organization.
• Experience in program development, partnership cultivation, and student recruitment.
• Ability to build and lead a ministry partner team for prayer and financial support.
