Frontend Engineer

About the role

You’ll join Clarify as a Frontend Engineer, building the interfaces that bring AI to life for sales teams. You’ll craft how users interact with LLM‑powered features such as conversational search, data enrichment, insights, and workflow automation, working directly with the founders to shape AI presentation and set the foundation for our frontend architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Create interfaces that build user trust in AI.
• Architect frontend systems that enable team velocity and quality.
• Define API contracts and data patterns across teams.
• Establish performance standards for data‑heavy AI interfaces.
• Build a component library and patterns that teams adopt.
• Create frontend infrastructure: tooling, testing, and deployment pipelines.
• Set architectural direction for state management, data fetching, and routing.
• Mentor engineers, establish best practices, and unblock teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years building production web applications professionally.
• Expert in React, TypeScript, and the Next.js stack.
• Experience building AI‑powered or real‑time user interfaces.
• Strong frontend architecture skills: state management, performance, and data handling.
• Comfortable working with complex data structures and APIs.
• Pragmatic approach, balancing speed with quality when shipping.
• Ability to ship features from concept to production, including testing and monitoring.
• Strong collaboration with designers, engineers, and product stakeholders.
• Startup experience: comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.
