Front Office Support Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Front Office Support Analyst to support our Equity and Fixed Income trading businesses. The role provides production support for front‑office trading platforms, regulatory reporting systems, and related market‑connectivity infrastructure in a fast‑paced trading environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day production support for Equity and Fixed Income trading systems.
• Support front‑office users, including traders, sales teams, and business stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, infrastructure, and connectivity issues.
• Monitor trading and regulatory reporting platforms to ensure operational stability.
• Partner with technology, operations, compliance, and business teams on critical initiatives.
• Analyze system issues and implement sustainable solutions and process improvements.
• Perform scripting and automation tasks to improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in system upgrades, releases, testing, and change‑management activities.
• Assist with regulatory reporting support and controls.

Required profile

• Experience supporting front‑office trading environments.
• Knowledge of Equity and Fixed Income trading workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Shell (sh, ksh, bash) and/or batch scripting.
• Programming experience in Python, Java, C# or C++.
• Ability to work independently in a high‑pressure environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Equity regulatory reporting (CAT, TRF/ORF, Rule 606).
• Knowledge of Fixed Income regulatory reporting (TRACE).
• Experience with FIX Protocol (4.2‑5.0) and routing platforms.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg TOMS, Ullink Bridge, FlexTrade or similar OMS platforms.
• Experience with Oracle, Sybase, MongoDB or other relational/NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and modern web technologies.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including macros.
