Front Office Supervisor

About the role

The Front Office Supervisor leads the front desk team at Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach, ensuring smooth guest check‑in and check‑out, efficient lobby flow, and high‑quality service throughout the property.

Key responsibilities

• Assign work and supervise team performance in all front office procedures, including guest check‑in/out, luggage assistance, telephone operator services, and room rate determination.
• Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Support and assist team members with guest requests and complaint resolution.
• Schedule daily work, lead pre‑shift meetings, and provide training to team members.
• Monitor, observe, and evaluate team performance, adjusting staffing levels based on lobby traffic.

Required profile

• Strong hospitality focus with a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays, for a full‑time, year‑round position.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate front office staff.
