Front Desk Concierge – Hotel Hospitality

About the role

ROOST Cleveland is looking for a flexible, attentive, and highly reliable Front Desk Concierge to be the first point of contact for guests. You will ensure safety, comfort, and a seamless experience throughout each stay while supporting both hospitality and operational tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
• Manage check‑ins, check‑outs, and reservation inquiries.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, questions, and concerns.
• Monitor building access and maintain a secure, calm environment.
• Conduct property walkthroughs and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and guest communications while keeping accurate records and daily reports.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of front‑desk, concierge, or guest‑service experience (hotel or luxury residential preferred).
• Strong communication skills and a naturally warm, guest‑focused demeanor.
• Ability to remain composed, professional, and attentive during quiet or high‑pressure moments.
• Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions.
• Basic proficiency with reservation systems and front‑office software.
