FP&A Tech, OneStream Director

About the role

PwC is seeking a seasoned FP&A Tech, OneStream Director to lead the development of financial performance management solutions for our advisory clients. In this senior role you will shape strategic direction, mentor teams, and drive the adoption of technology that enhances decision‑making and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement financial performance management frameworks that improve client decision‑making.
• Analyze financial data to create performance metrics and KPIs that drive operational efficiency.
• Design, configure, and optimize OneStream solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting.
• Oversee multiple client projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering measurable financial outcomes.
• Provide guidance on financial planning processes and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve complex financial management challenges.
• Promote innovative technologies and best practices in financial management and strategy.
• Build and nurture client relationships to support business growth and uphold PwC’s reputation for quality and integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Minimum 9 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred academic background in Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or Risk Management.
• Prior experience in banking & capital markets, industrials, or consumer packaged goods sectors is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex data analysis and influence executive‑level decisions.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on business growth and innovation.
