Founding Video Producer

About the role

We’re looking for a Founding Video Producer to build the video practice at Starbridge. This hands‑on creative role will take projects from early ideas through final delivery, leading video for product launches, customer stories, brand campaigns, social content and other marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve Starbridge’s visual and storytelling language for video, creating a clear point of view for complex products.
• Own production budgets, timelines and deliverables, directing both large‑scale studio shoots and quick internal videos.
• Build and manage a network of freelance directors, DPs, editors, animators and motion designers, ensuring high creative standards.
• Experiment with AI‑assisted workflows across concepting, storyboarding, editing and asset generation to increase speed without sacrificing craft.

Required profile

• Significant experience creating and leading high‑quality video work across multiple formats.
• Strong directing skills with the ability to lead talent, customers, executives and external crews.
• Excellent visual storytelling judgment and the ability to turn ambiguous briefs into compelling concepts.
• Hands‑on mindset, comfortable shooting, editing and producing work personally when needed.
