Founding Product Marketing Lead

About the role

Sapien is seeking a Founding Product Marketer to shape how the market understands its AI‑driven financial and operational platform. You will craft positioning, narratives, and launch strategies that resonate with CFOs and finance leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Own Sapien's core messaging and positioning, defining buyer personas and shaping the company narrative across all channels.
• Lead end‑to‑end product launches and create sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, battlecards, case studies and competitive intel.
• Gather market intelligence on financial and operational workflows, feeding insights back to product and leadership.

Required profile

• 4–7+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, preferably in a startup or high‑growth environment.
• Full‑stack marketing execution: writing blog posts, running ad campaigns, designing assets and managing content calendars.
• Strong design sense with ability to produce polished visuals in tools like Figma or Canva.
• Data‑literate with understanding of pipeline attribution, CAC, ad spend ROI and content performance metrics.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity, building playbooks from scratch.
