Founding Outbound SDR

About the role

Quanta is building a new financial operating ledger and needs a founding Outbound Sales Development Representative to create its outbound sales motion from scratch. You will research accounts, call prospects, craft personalized outreach, qualify buyers, and generate pipeline while shaping the sales playbook.

Key responsibilities

• Build qualified pipeline through cold calls, personalized email, LinkedIn, warm introductions and events.
• Research target accounts, map finance stakeholders and identify entry points.
• Use signals such as funding rounds, leadership changes and existing accounting infrastructure to prioritize prospects.
• Experiment with messages, channels and offers, and turn successful tactics into repeatable processes.
• Leverage AI to improve research, personalization and overall effectiveness.
• Provide market feedback to sales, product and other teams.

Required profile

• Hungry to become exceptional at sales with a path toward an Account Executive role.
• Comfortable picking up the phone and creating opportunities.
• Resourceful and resilient in outbound sales.
