About the role

RecruiterForce is partnering with fast-growing SaaS, AI and fintech companies to hire top-performing Account Executives. You will join early-stage or scaling organisations and be responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing high-value mid-market and enterprise deals.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle, generating pipeline through outbound activities.
  • Engage directly with leadership teams to align on go-to-market strategy.
  • Sell complex solutions to mid-market and enterprise accounts across the United States.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product positioning and sales tactics.
  • Achieve and exceed OTE targets ranging from $200K to $300K+.

Required profile

  • Demonstrated quota-carrying success in SaaS, AI or fintech sales.
  • Strong hunter mindset with a track record of outbound prospecting.
  • Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder decision processes.
  • Experience working in early-stage or high-growth environments.

Required skills

  • Expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Proficiency in full-cycle sales methodologies.
