Founding GTM AI Engineer

About the role

Revic is building an AI-native sales acceleration engine and needs a Founding GTM AI Engineer to turn GTM signals into company‑wide execution. You will work directly with the CEO, Head of Revenue, and Head of Engineering to design systems that convert customer conversations and GTM data into automated actions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build intelligence‑driven systems that continuously analyze Revic data, call recordings, and customer interactions.
• Translate insights into automated, organization‑wide workflows that update messaging, generate GTM content, and surface emerging objections and buying signals.
• Route sales insights to product and engineering teams to inform feature discovery, validation, and roadmap decisions.
• Own automation across outbound pipeline, pre‑sales, and post‑sales/customer success processes.

Required profile

• Think in systems and feedback loops rather than one‑off automations.
• Comfortable collaborating directly with executive leadership and thriving in ambiguity.
• Experience building workflows or tools that change how teams operate, not just how they report.

Required skills

• Strong background in AI/ML applied to GTM data.
• Experience with data pipelines, real‑time processing, and automation frameworks.
• Ability to integrate insights into product, engineering, and sales tooling.
