Founding Growth Marketing Lead

About the role

Revin is seeking a founding growth marketing leader to build a demand‑generation engine from scratch. This 0→1 position will own pipeline generation across multiple channels and define how a modern B2B marketing function operates in a fast‑scaling AI‑driven company.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch a full‑funnel demand‑generation strategy covering content, paid media, SEO/SEM and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and execute a content plan for the website, blog and sales enablement assets.
• Optimize the RevinAI website for conversion and search visibility.
• Collaborate with sales on outreach sequences and manage the SDR agency relationship.
• Plan, coordinate and execute conference participation, from logistics to on‑site activation.
• Own and refine Google Ads and LinkedIn campaign performance.
• Establish core marketing processes, tooling (HubSpot) and reporting frameworks.
• Support data enrichment initiatives using tools such as Clay and Orbital.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in growth, demand generation, product or brand marketing, preferably in a fast‑growing startup.
• Proven track record of building marketing programs from the ground up.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.
• Self‑starter with strong execution skills across multiple channels.
