Founding Engineer – Join AI Recruiting Startup

About the role

We are building an AI‑first recruiting platform and need a founding engineer to join our San Francisco hackerhouse as engineer #4, working directly with the CTO and other founders to ship features daily.

Key responsibilities

• Ship features to production daily and own product areas from concept to deployment.
• Design and implement fully agentic AI systems that automate complex recruiting workflows.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO and founding team, providing rapid feedback loops.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and iterate on the product.

Required profile

• Strong software engineering background with expertise in TypeScript and React.
• Hands‑on experience building AI‑powered features, including working with LLM APIs.
• Startup mindset: high agency, resourceful, and focused on delivering value.
• Ability to take full ownership of projects from concept to deployment.
