About the role
We are building the future of recruiting with AI and need an exceptional engineer to join our founding team in a San Francisco hackerhouse. As engineer #4 you will shape product direction, ship features daily and own end‑to‑end product areas.
Key responsibilities
- Ship features to production daily and own entire product areas from concept to deployment.
- Build fully agentic systems that automate complex workflows using AI and LLM APIs.
- Collaborate closely with the CTO and other founding engineers, and iterate based on customer feedback.
Required profile
- Strong software engineering background with experience in TypeScript and React.
- Hands‑on experience working with AI tools and LLM APIs, preferably coding with AI assistants.
- Startup mindset: high agency, resourceful, and obsessed with creating value.
