Forward Deployed Engineer – Remote, US

About the role

Revin is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to join its Pathfinder Team. The FDE works remotely across the United States while traveling to customer sites to embed Revin’s AI solutions into high‑growth home‑services and remodeling businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Travel onsite to customers across North America to understand workflows and deploy AI‑powered solutions.
• Own customer interactions, collaborating with executives and Revin’s GTM team to ensure satisfaction and expand enterprise deals.
• Design and deliver end‑to‑end integrations of Revin AI agents with platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceTitan, i360, and LeadPerfection.
• Lead complex deployments from scoping and onboarding through stable usage and expansion.
• Provide field insights to product and engineering teams to shape roadmap and create scalable tools.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience shipping products in a startup or high‑velocity environment.
• Strong customer obsession and ability to operate in ambiguous, fast‑changing settings.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with founders.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑enabled solutions.
• Integration experience with Salesforce.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan.
• Knowledge of i360.
• Understanding of LeadPerfection.
