Forward Deployed Engineer (AI Solutions)

About the role

At Atrix, the Forward Deployed Engineer (AI Solutions) bridges engineering, implementation and customer value. Working directly with pharma and biotech teams, you will translate complex scientific workflows into reliable AI‑powered systems that accelerate evidence generation and impact patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Configure Atrix templates, pipelines and AI workflows to align with customers’ scientific and medical processes.
• Set up and validate customer‑approved data sources, ensuring accuracy and trust in AI‑generated outputs.
• Drive the full implementation lifecycle: onboarding, configuration, validation, go‑live and iterative improvement.
• Lead weekly customer calls and act as the primary technical point of contact for key accounts.
• Rapidly prototype solutions and co‑create product features with engineering, design and GTM teams.
• Contribute to technical architecture, product strategy and hiring of future engineers as an early FDE.
